               Engagement Terms and Conditions

Fees

Phoenix Group CS fee for contingency assignments is an industry competitive rate as a percentage of the candidate’s first year salary.

Cash sign-on, guaranteed bonus payments, non-cash or deferred compensation, equity payments, performance bonuses and cash relocation payments are not included.

Schedule of Payment

Fees are billed on the first day of employment and are payable within thirty days.
