Fee/Guarantee

Fees are competitive and include guarantee periods on placed candidates.

We conduct searches on a contingency bases and are compensated a percentage of the individuals first year base salary. 

Schedule of payment: Fees are billed on the first day of employment and are payable within thirty days.  (Call for more details).
