Christina Salvia, C.P.C., Managing Recruiter
Certified Personnel Consultant since 2005, holds a Psychology Degree with over seven years of executive recruiting experience.  Prior experience: was part of a growing personnel firm with a mandate to develop the Retail Banking, Marketing and Human Resources divisions.  Clients included de-novo through regional and commercial banks, thrift institutions and finance firms.  Recruiting assignments concentrated on A.V.P to SR. V.P. level professionals specializing in Retail, Human Resources and Marketing.   Currently owner and manager of the overall operation focused on executive search assignments.
